The Institute of Legal and Policy Research (ILPR) has been operational since January 1, 2022. Since its inception, it has emerged as a leading virtual think tank and youth platform in Afghanistan. As a non-governmental, impartial, and independent institution, ILPR is dedicated to conducting rigorous research, refining policies, and fostering meaningful public discourse on critical issues. One of its key initiatives is organizing Model United Nations (MUN) Conferences, which aim to help students develop essential skills in diplomacy, debate, academic courtesy, idea exchange, resolution drafting, treaty-making, and other aspects of academic engagement.

At the core of ILPR’s mission is its commitment to integrating legal knowledge, technology, investment, and economic development to empower both young men and women.
