1.  Financial Independence

The Institute of Legal and Policy Research (ILPR) operates independently, maintaining a commitment to unbiased research and advocacy by refraining from seeking financial support from any entity.

ILPR believes in the inherent knowledge and potential within the community. We recognize the importance of individuals sharing their skills, talents, and education to uplift and empower others. In this spirit, we encourage and invite you to be generous with your highest talents. Your contributions can play a vital role in shaping a more knowledgeable, skilled, and empowered Afghan society. 2.  Political Neutrality

The Institute of Legal and Policy Research (ILPR) is steadfast in its commitment to unbiased discourse on political activities, anchored in principles of education and impartiality. We proudly maintain non-alignment with Corporate Entities, International Organizations, Media Organizations, and Public Institutions, emphasizing our dedication to independence.

While remaining politically neutral, ILPR actively collaborates to provide educational opportunities to Afghan students.

ILPR also organizes seminars and conferences in collaboration with Educational Institutions, fostering intellectual exchange, critical thinking, and knowledge dissemination. Our dedication to education and impartial discourse guides our activities, aiming for the betterment of society and the advancement of knowledge.

3.  Zero Tolerance for Sexual Harassment

At ILPR, we vehemently condemn all forms of sexual harassment as a violation of fundamental principles like respect, equality, and dignity. Our commitment to a safe and inclusive environment is unwavering, with any act of sexual harassment met with decisive action, including public disclosure. Our zero-tolerance policy ensures serious consequences for individuals engaging in sexual harassment. We strive to create an atmosphere where reporting is encouraged, and through education and awareness campaigns, we foster a culture of mutual respect, consent, and accountability. Our vision is a future where everyone can thrive without the threat of harassment, exemplifying our commitment to integrity, inclusivity, and equality. 4.  Alignment with Islamic Values

ILPR adheres to the values and principles of Islam, ensuring that our actions and initiatives are in harmony with the teachings of the Holy Quran, Hadith Sharif, and the Sunnah of Prophet Mohammad (PBU).

5.  No Conflicts of Interest

ILPR maintains a stance of non-conflict with any government or entities, both within and outside Afghanistan, solely dedicating itself to its mission and principles.

6.  Copyright Compliance

ILPR pledges to comply with copyright laws and disclaims any liability for personal violations by volunteers, scholars, or team members.

7.  Probono Commitment

ILPR operates as a probono and bonafide NGO, offering all services free of charge without seeking credit or privilege.

i.  Financial Integrity

ILPR asserts that no fees, funds, or donations are collected, and any attempts to do so are considered unethical and criminal, subject to legal action.

j.  Negative and Hatred Speech or Comments

ILPR maintains zero tolerance for negative speech, marking, branding, insulting, or unprofessional activities, fostering a positive and professional environment.
